Smokehouse is a maker of smokers (which are made in the USA). It also makes sausage making kits, sausage mixes, brine mixes as well as wood chips and wood chunks for use in smokers.
Little Chief Smoker Models
The Little Chief Smoker is one of three different size smokers in the Smokehouse line-up, sitting in the middle between the Big Chief Smoker and Mini Chief Smoker. It is available in two different models, front loading and top loading.
It is an all aluminium model, which has been around for several decades and is still one of the most popular smokers on the market. Both models have a 250 watt heater and come with 4 easy slide chrome plated grills.
The little chief smoker has a capacity of up to 25 pounds of meat and is simple to use, simply put it outside in the yard and connect it to a standard 110 volt plug.
